This Award is given to a web site with a dark theme. Design and graphics need to be the creator of the webmaster unless noted and have a dark theme. Navigation and layout must be with a minimum of effort and time. There must be a message or content informing all what the site wants to say and do. Vampire sites have an advantage here.
