 Lifestyle Change
Recently I've changed my diet, been trying to lean down and feel better. So I end up coning across something that made sense to me. Primal/Pale diet. It's pretty much eating like a caveman. Meat, fruits, vegetables,seeds... that sort of thing. I am surprised on how well I feel now that I've kicked grains and limited my dairy intake. Top it off, I'm started to shed some weight slowly and seeing more definition in my arms and legs. At first, I attributed my lack of energy to not sustaining myself properly with energy intake. Now, I see it was my diet and lack of exercise. A bonus though is when I take energy, it is more fulfilling and lasts longer. Strangely enough I also saw diets based on blood types. Luckily, Primal fits it perfectly. But it was interesting to see diets based on your blood type. Pretty cool if you ask me. Enough of my ranting. Just felt like sharing. laters.

 Re: Lifestyle Change
For the primal lifestyle and diet, check out marksdailyapple.com. it's a good start and has plenty of info. Or google primal lifestyle in general. For the blood type type, I typed into Google, " Diets for type O positive blood." Just switch out for your blood type and you should find links for it.

 Re: Lifestyle Change
Pretty interesting. My "diet" consists of not drinking cola anymore, it also works wonders!

 Re: Lifestyle Change
I know I always feel better when I stick to a caveman type diet... Basically protein and lots of plants.

 Re: Lifestyle Change
That's an interesting diet name. Lol. It seems like it would be a good diet since you're getting necessary nutrition.
