Re: Hello to All To me, I find it wonderful. I honestly feel connected with all of the elements. It's like once I find a connection with the air, water, etc., I feel a sense of relief over me. That's when I know that I am able to feed. I don't take in too much. Just enough to give me a boost and be on my way.

Re: Hello to All Buffalo eagle to enjoy mother nature and all she has to offer.feeding from nature is so relaxing.I could never live in the city,I would dry up and blow away.I love to jump in mud puddles and wiggle my feet in the good old country mudd .
